Shipping Policies

**Please see section below on special shipping conditions.

One- and 2-Day shipping rates are determined by weight and destination.

• Most orders received by 3:00 p.m. Central Time, Tuesday through Friday, are shipped the same day!
• Most orders shipped with the standard shipping method will arrive in just 2-5 business days.
• As a security precaution, some orders are held for verification for 24 hours. So, for example, if you choose One-Day shipping, your item will arrive one day after verification is completed. To avoid having your order held for verification, please make sure your billing address matches the address your credit card issuer has for you, even if the shipping address is different.
• Orders under one pound are expedited by first class mail or UPS.
• All delivery times listed are measured in business days. For example, a One-Day order placed on Friday should arrive on the following Monday.
• Saturday delivery is available for a $30 fee in addition to the One-Day rate calculated by the weight of the order. The Saturday delivery option is limited to areas where UPS provides this service and excludes heavy items. In addition, orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed by 3 p.m. Central Time on the preceding Friday.
• Orders shipping outside the Lower 48 states to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via Air services.  Additional shipping charges will apply.
• Orders shipping to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and all areas outside the USA (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.) can only ship USPS Priority Mail (3-6 business days).
• If the in-stock items on the order have already shipped, then any back orders will be sent UPS Ground.

**Special Shipping Conditions

• Large and oversize packages may incur additional charges depending on weight and dimensions.
• Purchase orders may not qualify for Free Shipping.
• Free Shipping is valid on most shipments to the Lower 48 states and APO/FPO addresses.
• Free Shipping is not valid on orders shipping to Post Office Boxes.
