Evie Williams - Voice

Evie Williams Voice InstructorEvie Williams was born to a singing family. Surrounded by this environment, Evie wrote and sang her first song at the age of six. She began to develop her own style influenced by singers such as Reba Rambo, Barbara Striesand, Diana Ross and Heart.

She has been a featured soloist for J&J Music Conference Music Premier and recorded and performed "Can You Feel The Magic" for the 1996 Birmingham Olympics opening show. Evie has sung numerous commercial jingles and recorded background vocals for many local and national artists. In 1999, she recorded her first album.

In 2004, Evie met and began studying voice with Brett Manning in Nashville. Brett is known worldwide for his unique talent to hear a voice and immediately diagnose and correct vocal problems that keep singers from getting the most out of their instruments. After several sessions, Brett encouraged Evie to begin working with her own students, teaching these same methods.

"It is one of the most rewarding things I have ever had the privilege to do. I love working with people and watching a whole new world open for them. Brett opened up a whole new world for me and I want to do that for others. These methods really do work!"

Contact Evie at (205) 492-3321 or Encore Music at (256) 463-4327 to schedule an appointment.

Richard Robertson - Guitar

Richard Robertson Guitar LessonsAs a young teenager Richard became interested in music and began to play rock 'n' roll. For the next few years he spent his time on the road playing in nightclubs and colleges throughout the southeast.

At the age of 23, he met the Master and his life was changed. As Richard began his walk with the Lord, he began to play gospel music. For six years he traveled and opened for Ivan Parker, formerly with the Gold City Quartet. He was blessed with the opportunity to play guitar at the Gaither Homecoming Concerts.

During this time the Lord began to deal with Richard about pursuing a solo ministry, using his talents in singing and playing the piano and guitar.

"My wife, Wanda, and I prayed unceasingly about this calling. We are answering the call to serve God together. My wife travels with me and runs my sound. She sings a few songs with me and also shares personal testimony. She is as much a part of this ministry as I am."

Encore Music and our students are blessed to have Richard Robertson teaching guitar lessons. Visit RichardRobertsonMinistry.com for more information. Contact Richard at (256) 820-7009 or Encore Music at (256) 463-4327 to schedule an appointment.
